Ecovillage Transnational Cooperation - Preparatory Phase

Global Ecovillage Network was awarded funding for a Preparatory Project intended to promote a larger transnational cooperation project between EU-based LEADER partners, including Global Ecovillage Network (GEN) and tsiMORAY, to support cross-collaboration leading to ecovillage development in Moray communities.

The ultimate project goal was to build local capacity to improve community resilience - in alignment with the Moray Local Development Strategy objectives to move towards a low carbon economy by means of domestic, business, community and collaborative action - using ecovillage whole systems design.
