tsiMORAY received funding towards the cost of delivering their Moray Enterprising Third Sector Collaborative project.

The funding enabled tsiMORAY to embed a new geographically dispersed team of Community Development Officers in communities throughout Moray, to further develop links between tsiMORAY and local anchor organisations. The Community Development Officers developed relationships and worked in collaboration with local communities, third sector groups, as well as the private and public sectors.

The Community Development Officers were spread throughout Moray, covering the following four locality areas: Elgin and Lossiemouth, Forres, Buckie and Lhanbryde, Keith and Aberlour.

The Moray Enterprising Third Sector Collaborative was intended to provide people in Moray with increased opportunity to participate in local labour markets through a well-developed, enterprising third sector. The project also aimed to enable the development of community-led services and initiatives to meet the needs and aspirations of the local people who lived there.
